Julie Mazur has been training me with my fitness regime for the past two years and I have found her to be an excellent motivator and very a professional trainer. She is always been available if I have had any question about my exercise and has had excellent communication with me about my program as she rings or meets with me to make sure everything is going well, this therefore helps me keep motivated with the program.

In December 2017, I needed some extra help with my training to meet the NZ police fitness requirements. Becoming a police officer was always a dream of mine. Unfortunately, my fitness was below par as it had been a couple of years since I last played any sport.

I can highly recommend a great colleague and personal friend of mine Julie of Julie M Fitness.
When I first met Julie in 2006 I could run maybe 10 or 15 minutes max. Before long Julie had me running a seemingly daunting 10kms and within months of that an unimaginable half marathon. Ironically she even motivated me to do a second half marathon and better my time!
Throw in a duathlon, triathlon and post natal exercise classes and Julie has glided me from fledgling runner to someone who exercises regularly with confidence.

October 2014 to February 2015 – Kym added Fitcamp sessions 2 times a week to her weekly netball and walking sessions
February 2015 - started running and looking at her eating to sustain energy.
March 2015 – Completed the Rotorua 10.5km trail run event
July 2015 - Focusing more on her nutrition by reducing portions, increasing frequency of eating, removing sugars and starchy carbs from her diet.
